Still another cheater quilt but I have a huge Christmas collection and I love the graphics. Nice and soft..just right to curl up with "A Christmas Carol".

This is a good sized one I made about in the late 80s. A lot of it was hand pieced. I was traveling quite a bit on business and it was either stay in my motel room at night and keep myself occupied or honky-tonk. At least this way I had something to show for it.

Victorian Roses, Old Lace & Dolls

I love this fabric I got from Daisy Kingdom
a few years back. I hated it when they closed.
You could really lose yourself in there, especially
on the sale floor where they sold 3 yd pieces.
The lace is about 100 years old, hand crocheted
Amazingly, I still have enough for another quilt.
The faces didn't work out as well as I had hoped...
should have tea stained them maybe but I'm
happy with it.

Trees w/Busy Squirrels

This is an easy pattern I did in 2001-2.
Seemed more appropriate with the new
house.
Made a few smaller ones, minus the trees
for charity.

Vibrant Colors Dinosaur Quilt

Finally finished one in Sept '08. It was for my grandson and as a secret between him and me, I put a secret pocket on the back of it.

Your Ice Cream is Melting!!

Idea came from a 2 " 1920s ad for old drugstore/soda fountain. Full size quilt was layered by colors then machine appliqued.
